熟女少妇Student Association announces homecoming week activities

STARKVILLE, Miss.鈥擧omecoming Week 2016 events being organized by Mississippi State鈥檚 Student Association get underway at 7 p.m. Sunday [Oct. 23] with a religious service and musical performance at the university鈥檚 Chapel of Memories.
鈥淐lassic Maroon and White鈥 is the theme of this year鈥檚 traditional fall semester 鈥渨elcome back鈥 for the 138-year-old land-grant institution鈥檚 graduates, former students, friends and supporters.
At the weekend evening chapel program, Regina Hyatt, 熟女少妇vice president for student affairs, will be featured speaker and the student Black Voices choir will perform.
鈥淭he Student Association is very excited about homecoming this year,鈥 said sophomore T. Malik Ross, SA鈥檚 homecoming director. A sophomore business administration major from Cleveland, Ross said he, assistant director Phyliceia Brown and others 鈥渉ave been working hard to change the appearance of the week,鈥 adding that the goal has been to have 鈥渢he best one thus far.鈥
Also free and open to all, other SA-sponsored events include:
鈥擬onday [the 24th], 8-9:30 a.m., 鈥淧ancakes with President Mark E. Keenum,鈥 taking place on the Colvard Union Plaza;
鈥擳uesday [the 25th], a 鈥渟urprise performance鈥 scheduled for 1:45 p.m. on the Drill Field;
鈥擶ednesday [the 26th], members from MTV鈥檚 鈥淲ild鈥檔 Out鈥 sketch comedy and improvisational series performing at 7 p.m. in Lee Hall鈥檚 Bettersworth Auditorium;
鈥擳hursday [the 27th], an SA-organized Halloween Carnival from 5-7 p.m. at the Junction.
鈥擣riday [the 28th], campus National Pan-Hellenic Council-sponsored 鈥渟troll off鈥 at 7 p.m. at Humphrey Coliseum. Following at the same location will be an 8:30 p.m. pep rally and Maroon Madness with the introduction of MSU鈥檚 2016-17 men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 basketball team members. Homecoming concludes Saturday [the 29th] with the MSU-Samford University football game that kicks off at 2:30 p.m. at Davis Wade Stadium at Scott Field. The homecoming queen and court, along with this year鈥檚 Mr. and Miss MSU, will be presented at halftime.
