熟女少妇College of Business professors receive top publication honor from Family Business Review

STARKVILLE, Miss.鈥擳wo faculty members in Mississippi State鈥檚 College of Business are being recognized for their publication of leading research in the prestigious journal Family Business Review.
Daniel T. Holt and Kincy Madison, faculty members in MSU鈥檚 Department of Management and Information Systems, along with the University of North Carolina at Charlotte鈥檚 Franz Kellermanns, are winners of the 2018 Family Business Review Best Article Award. The researchers will be recognized for the award at the Family Firm Institute鈥檚 annual conference in October.
鈥淔amily Business Review is the premier academic journal devoted exclusively to family business studies,鈥 said Jim Chrisman, head of MSU鈥檚 Department of Management and Information Systems. 鈥淒r. Holt and Dr. Madison鈥檚 Best Article of the Year Award is an outstanding accomplishment and an important example of our efforts to maintain MSU鈥檚 leadership position in that research domain in terms of the quality, as well as the quantity of our work.鈥
The winning article, titled 鈥淰ariance in Family Members鈥 Assessments: The importance of dispersion modeling in family firm research,鈥 was published in the March 2017 issue of Family Business Review. The study examines the variability of family members鈥 perceptions and how researchers can account for those differences, providing a complete picture of family firms. To see the article, visit .
